Drainage diversions were carried out at the start of this project to allow the factory to stay operational during the works. Once the piling team finished, we then proceeded with excavation for the ground beams and pile caps. Shuttering was then completed for the reinforced concrete (RC) walls, ensuring accuracy and alignment.

Metal decking was installed to support the RC slab, which was poured and finished with a power float to achieve a smooth, durable surface.

A new RC landing was constructed at the entrance and finished with porcelain paving slabs. To complete the exterior, brick slips were installed along the building facade, seamlessly matching the existing structure.
